Hey Lads here is a pic of my new best mate I have got him on 2 weeks trial from friends of the pound I have had three staffys in my life and we lost our 11 year old staffy to a snake bite in Sydney a couple of years ago I was devestated and swore I would never get another one but I saw this fella and it was love at first sight Help me think of a new name for him they have called him Zeus which is a bit of a wank I reckon so far I am thinking Pedro.


He has only been here for 2 hours and has got a good lick from our little foxie I like his style he is a mover and a shaker

wicked - good looking little bloke too geez they've got some character .... Pedro sounds the shizz ... stick with ya first thoughts for me Boof

Had a stuffy for years Boof , even lost him a few times when he followed kids home then happened to find him again .

His name was Barney , as in Barney rubble , any cartoon name is a great name for a staffy they are funny little pricks , unless you happen to be a cat

Funny Tas I bought the cat as a sacrificial snake cat when we first moved up here, the kids were young and we were living in an unlined shed in the middle of brown snake city. I have introduced them earlier today it didnt go to well but the cat has another 8 lives

@ Chrispy beautiful Cocker spaniel mate I love it when dogs get in their golden years grey around the muzzle and just cruisin through life

Can get dog life jackets too Boof we take our little dogs out on the kayaks , the lifejackets have a handle so if they jump overboard you can catch them and pull them back on

I like mal Pup but missus and kids have decided his name is Podge over and done with if I keep going he will end up with an identity disorder

i had a staffy called casper. left her with a guy while i was away one time. he had a chook but said no worries it chases our dog and cat.

anyway the chook was in the pool fencing and casper was sleeping in the chooks covered box.

the chook must have got out and went to claim its box. result -casper eating the chook then they got up haha.

ps casper hated cats, copped a claw rake across her backside for sniffing a cats bowl then she was young, but she ended up getting along with this cat, even ended up playing games with it

except one

Funny story mate I havent taken him up to meet our chooks and the duck yet. I had a staffy called Gus years ago when we lived at Coogee he absolutely hated kites we took him down to the dog park on the headland every arvo for a run there was two euros flying a big parafoil stunt kite down there they crashed it and before i could grab hold of him he took off ripped it to shreds got tangled in the strings and generally made an ahole of himself to funny

Podge is a pretty cool name .

Best names I can remember off the top of my head were a bull terrier called Chunder .

A little Jack Russell called Ferkin Asshole , just imagine being out the back yard calling him ,
Ferkin Asshole , Ferkin Asshole where are you Hahaha . Wonder what the neighbors would reckon

Also had an old bloke with 2 cattle dogs called Ned and Kelly so he could stand at the back door and yell out Ned Kelly and they both came running .

Different sizes for bigger dogs most pet shops have them.

Nice Pup boofy, staffies are great dogs, dumb as **** and happy to chew on a house brick but great dogs.

Yep Mark those are the same lifejackets we use , funny thing our dogs have the same look on their face as your dog when we take them out .
Not sure if that look means Man I am so happy to be out here with my master or ferk get me back to solid ground

Ha ha, a new paediatrician opened near mum and dads and some young smart arse graffitied pedo in bg black letters across the new sign, graffiti sucks but it was so neat so you had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't part of the sign. Funny...

Nothing to do with dogs just made me laugh..
