Well Lacey your only a young pup atm, when you do bulk up in your teenage years to come,I'm sure you will have the strength to push up on your longboard

Something to look forward to and you wont need that L sticker on your board or the extra balance tool called a paddle like in some other water sport

I can hunt down waves once I see a Video. Looks like the outside point at Walvis Bay, Namibia. Same Light House, and these a locality called Seals Gathering. And Pelican Point Lighthouse. There's a "penis" looking peninsula out there.... Stands out like dogs balls!

500km South, and few hundred clicks North of Luderitz, looks like a awesome left point, at Spencer Bay. Looks like a mission to get to though. Absolutely nothing on the coast between these two towns.... 800km apart or so.... A Sand Dune National Park....

Walvis Bay to Luderitz, nothing but sand and sea, and shipwreck, birds, and seals... and sharks, and fish... and a few 4WD's and a couple of surfers and fishermen... Did I say nothing!?

I love what this guy is doing with his laps.

They're not real cut laps, they're not real free laps.

I don't know what you would call them?

Maybe mess laps

I just know I like them

What name do the boards go by?

Hey obct, those glass jobs were done by the Glasshouse in Currumbin which is Dan McDonalds DMS glassing company. They do a lot of these now on Longboards, shortboards, epoxies etc. They look insane. They are just tint free laps. The Glasser the legendary Taka (Dans apprentice) is extremely neat so they look good eh?

Yes they look insane and I now know that they're really just free laps that can be seen because of the contrasting resin tint, but I still prefer my name "Mess Laps"

I wonder if they would do that for me down at Bennetts? I don't think so.

I was there today having a look at some of the Pig shapes and got to talking with a shaper. Forget his name because I couldn't hear him too well. But I do know he was a sepo and spent a lot of his career working with Takayama.

They said I could have a lend of a Pig to help me decide. I may take them up on the offer.

Haven't owned a PU board in a long time.
