Cheers guys, yes heard/read nothing but good things about the board. Apparently even Billy himself loved the tuflight & rode or rides that when he rides a longboard. I honestly didn't know much about the man other than the board brand until I was researching the board (interesting bloke). Most info in regard to the tuflight's is up until 2014, so not current. The new carbon boards he's making, the Ingleby series look sick & I like how they've colour coded different board constructions, thats pretty cool.

I'm thinking the boards like 9'0 x 22 x 2.5, significantly less volume than my 9'4 whalebone. Fairly light, epoxy but more rocker. So not gonna paddle into waves & glide as well. Should have very noticeable lower swingweight, coz its shorter & lighter. Plus that extra rocker should help get me into & out of more critical positions on the wave...maybe haha. Whalebone has similar distinc bottom contours & knifey round tail. Tolly is bit thinner & a bit sharper I think....both allrounder boards, same same, but different. Really excited to get on it, but not expecting it to go as well as the whalebone in small conditions, I think its more of a step up performance longboard. For bigger waves, but probably good on beachies too.

As a bonus it came with this cool looking fin about 8 or 9 inches, I will probably try some time next winter when the tides rise. Too low this time of year, I'm likely to damage it and the fin box getting tempted into a racey section across the reef. I've put Asher Pacey rear quad sides on & a Ruben Roxburg 5.5 inch on the back. See how that goes, think with the knifey rails that will be heaps in most conditions, other wise I have a shapers 6 inch performance set that would probably go good too

Thanks guys, I'm really happy with her and she rode a dream yesterday.

Couldn't believe how how loose and free feeling it was for a big board which made for an added bonus and a feeling I didn't think I'd find in a 70 litre board.

Mac, the McCoy art is originally a Cheyne Horan artwork on a lot of his 90's boards and I saw a symbolism in it which I liked; yellow belly (kids), red body (Mother) and green protector (Father) wrapped around.

When we were pregnant with Taj we got the 8'0 made with blue replacing red (for a boy) and kept the theme and this one replaces the McCoy in the quiver so we've a red and blue with the design.

They look awesome on the water too !
