Took delivery of my new custom on Friday.

9'3 x 23 x 3 1/4 Carabine 'Mudrat' Model loosely based on the concepts of the DVS 'Reef Runner' & MC Surf Design 'Mal Gun' and a stretched version of my 8'4 'Mudrat' which some of you saw on the Goldy earlier this year.

I've been chasing a 'one board quiver' for over 15 years now and my 9'3 MC Mal Gun was as close as I got in 2007 and a board I regretfully sold a long time ago.

(Mentioning a 'one board quiver' is not to say I'll be selling any of my other boards mind you)

This is one will cruise, glide, take a steep drop, pivot and can be ridden single, thruster or quad and I'm confident that it'll have me in the water on any given day from 1 foot to 8 foot with a variety of fins to choose from.

Rode her yesterday and I'm beyond stoked. Ticked all the boxes and created some new ones as well.

Nah Lacey is the champion board whore I'm way behind him but I think SA has more than both of us put together.
