Coupla shots from my front verandah I am so glad I bought at Murwillumbah heights the pic from the drive way shows a little shack across the road the water is about 10 foot deep there. Lacey there is some excellent 1 foot runners out in the cane feilds ya just gotta dodge the drums of DDT and round up floating around

Ha Pup last time this happened I put my SUP in across the road and could nearly paddle into town but my board was covered in spiders and all sorts of creepy crawlies
yes Boofy - you do happen to live in one of those spots that just loves a bit of water.......not sure if you would remember the 1954 event but go check out where the water levels were that Feb - will surprise you!

Yes Ted just about every second shop in Murbah has a 1954 flood level indicator painted somewhere in there shops and there is a sign in the town park it was a doozy of a flood The council wants to put in more dams here which I am totally opposed to I think they have a secret hidden agenda to pump it back to south east queensland if the dams ever get approval
Wow yeah you guyz are getting some crazy weather over there, hope it settles down for yuz soon...we used to have a place that I always used to joke about being a great beachside location with a little more global warming : P
