Motorbike surfboard rack

Carver seem only to make racks for scooters...anyone suggest the best rack for a 250cc Virago...(soz, used to ride real bikes but now on a dinkie; some bike better'n none, I reckon)....

I know 2 blokes who have scooter racks. I'll ask them, and get back to you.

PS - can I suggest you take a photo of you favorite board and post here! Then add one of those photos as you personal "avatar" picture!

Thanx Beerdead...nother question...I had thought to attach to left side (no particular reason)...any benefit or risks whatever side? BTW Tas has never had a bike registered with such an accessory so I was thinking a off-the-shelf model may b less troublesome to Transport authorities; might rethink that one. VERY interested to hear fm any Tas bikers with such...Great pic too.

gerysurfer I would put the racks on the opposite of the bike to where your side stand is mate will make dismounting much easier as your leg is going to be between the board and the bike

there is a guy down this end of the state that has a set on his Harley, i only see him every few months, next time i see him i'll grab a photo.

Ah, yes! Beerdead, bin a bit slow not thinking of that!! Right side it is! Thanx. Any other suggestions/advice greatly welcomed. eg. any hassles with authorities where u r? e.g. added later n not "checked" as such?

Great, thanx, Riverrider...wondering if he had registered with on too...I only register my bike in summer n where I am im bound to b pulled up when seen!!
