I've flown up from Melbourne to Noosa with my family on Jetstar which meant that the longest board allowed is 7'6".

Apparently minimals are awful but I've never really surfed one but I brought my wife's AQSS Mahi Mahi.

I've found that if I call it a midlength performance noserider it goes AMAZINGLY. As long I don't call it a minimal....
