I think he is of one of the only shapers left in Vic that still makes longboards in the old 60's / 70's single fin style?

Anyone purchased a board from him? Your thoughts? I heard he also experiments with various fin designs and bottom rocker shapes to allow faster turns and more "bouyancy" when nose riding.

Thanks

I've heard good reports... also:

Victorian Traditional Longboard Shapers:
Wayne Lynch - probably just needs ample amounts of gold coins to force him to make one!
Ian Chisholm - at South Coast Longboards, he shapes traditional boards on a weekly basis...
Greg Brown - he's a Longboarder, and he shapes some traditional boards, I would guess maybe 12 per year...
Jordie Brown of Hightide Surfboards - he shapes traditional longboards pretty much weekly.

And, Bob McTavish will fly down to Vicco and he will shape you a board while you watch... But as they say, there's no such thing as a free lunch!
