Just wondering what type of construction this is and if its any good. Was offered a 6'8 sumo and 7'10 UFO made in Byron in this material. Not shape or size I was looking for just curious

I recently had a look at an Greg Tilley's old Evo II made from Impact. There is a different technology involved and I would ring MctTavish for a full description. Greg was upfront in that the board had been double glassed and was 1 kg heavier than it should be. I think the Impact construction is meant to stop the depressions on the deck.
