Hey!
I know this forum is actually for OZ but i need your help!

I am in NZ (Southland) and it is impossible to find a longboard in this area.
Last weekend somebody tried to sell me a broken bic surfboard for 700 nzd...
I have checked gumtree and trademe the last 6 weeks :/

The surf is pumping and all i want to do is to catch some waves :(

Is there anybody that can help me??

Cheers

Have you tried a surfshop? Generally those guys sell or hire boards

alternatively, If you have closer to $700,000..,

From what I know about NZ, I would have thought it was shortboards that were impossible to get? Or have they just got into the "fad" of shortboards... and everyone has thrown out the longboards (awaiting the comeback, circa 1980s in Osterallia!) Btw.... what Nazi declared this forum is just for Skippys?

Yeah I reckon that's pretty much what this is telling you - grab a cheap airfare , suss out a few of our world class shapers & take a high quality brand spanking new stick back home with you - at least you'll know who's freight handling it over the distance

Have a look at raglan longboards. They are north Island but worth the trip and you get a surf. Bought a 9.1 hp for my partner and now can't get it away from her. It came back to oz with us and works just as well over here.
