Good work,ok what if you have an injury like Vanders has with shoulder issues, would you then train that injury?

I do the same repetitive stretches every night and morning, takes about 15 mins but it loosens up the aging body very well...I've done this for about 5 years.

They include some yoga type stretches for the back/arms/pelvis/calves..seems to work

It seems to be working

i cant believe that one cobra

vanders you can get them anywhere, stick with the good ones,a physio or good sports store will sort you. im suprised your doctor has not sent you to the physio ,as its the best way to come back from injury,i got onto them originally for my shoulder ay the physio, then change up strength of them and use the as a exercise machine.....probably not well explained

mate got these from bigW about $30 michelle bridges brand from biggest loser flogs them

comes with a basic CD and very small bag. they are called ONEactive.

they have three individual bands that have different strengths, leave three on gives about 10kg each hand i guess.

or 20kg 1 hand.

what i like is you can take them on holidays very light or if you work away.

and used indoor outdoor.

yep hundred of brands, i have used these years ago.

but the new ones are great with handles instead of the old way of tying knots of PVC pipe that latter cut the band.

hundreds of ways to use them.

I use a 8kg kettlebell. It's a workout I can do in the lounge room in front of the idiot box. Relatively gentle, but I am sure it has nothing on those bands for injured parts. I currently have a dodgy shoulder that is getting scanned next week and I haven't been able to do some of the kettlebell stuff for a while now because of it.

Lol. My sister is a physio and she gave me the brush off diagnosis in March that I took as Gospel. Now I am seeing my Doctor. Being cheap didn't work, so now I will pay for someone to take the time to diagnose and fix me.

Thanks Sis.
