Hi Peeps, I'm heading to Bali in July and discovered Jetstar won't take a longboard (no more travel to Bali on Jetstar!!!!). So now I have to hire a board, but not to keen on the soft top hire boards on the beach. Anyone know where I can hire a decent fibreglass or expoxy longboard for the duration of my stay???

Seminyak no for board hire,go to the lane across the road from Legian Beach hotel head towards Poppies Lane,some good back alley surf shops that will hire you a good one,the ones on the beach ALL suk.

Thanks Mac. I know the lane (Jl. Benesari I think??). I agree, the boards on the beach leave a bit to be desired! I have a mate who lives over there but I dont want to rob him of a board in case he needs it and would rather be self sufficient. Thanks for the tip!

Yes that's the one mate,double check its not been snapped before and a doggie repair.Watched a Euro hire one at Canngu first wave snapped and had to pay,it was clear the board had been snapped before in the same place,was going to butt in but left it alone.
