I just got a credit back today for our July Japan tickets. Waiting to see what the WA restrictions are for July. We don't have a clear "roadmap" yet.
Not sure if our internal boundaries will be open by then yet alone state boundaries.

Wanted to go to Nth Qld but I have a feeling the state boundaries won't be open. Maybe a trip to NZ or Tassie in Jan if we're lucky.

Yeah spew'n, hoping its no more than a year. I have Bali Garuda tickets for Oct. Pretty much 100% definately not gonna happen but I'll wait till closer to the date before trying to get a credit back on them. Missus would be happy to go to Japan in July, she's spewing coz she has tickets to see her favourite band...but she's adamant she will not be going to Bali in Oct. I was saying up until 2 or 3 weeks ago I'm still going if allowed but info in the last few weeks has made it pretty clear NZ is prob the only country we will be allowed to visit within the next 12 months.

Me and the missus have been planning a 8 week road trip to WA hopefully leaving mid August till mid October to run through fields of wildflowers like hippies from the sixties.

Hope we we can still do it.

Interstate boundaries should be open by then provided we don't have a second wave of infections. Might not be able to go to the Kimberlies though, coz they're concerned about the native locals...they reckon WA & Qld are having a really good year for wildflowers.
