You wont find anything on the beach, hire or jump on a scooter and scan the lanes off poppies lane Legion end there are a couple of good surf shops that sell and hire boards.

Thanks, school holiday with teenage daughter and wife who both surf a bit
Days when they shop will sup and give my worn out shoulders a different work out.
Never been to Bali so be a tourist, relax and enjoy the experience

Just did a post in sup forum and appreciate the advice to explore more but had booked. No regrets and all family had great time and talking of next year with arrival and departure from Kuta with more exploration and better surf.
Have to say really enjoyed 100 % surf and didn't search out sup.
Hired a 7'8" polyester minimal that looked nice as used to own a 7'6" minimal (similar to Dave Mel shape).
With high tide bounce back changed to 8'5" softtop most of time and ease of catching rides
