You're a bugger sp. I am currently in the early stages of post traumatic stress disorder after my previous encounter with that photo. Last night I woke up during the night yelling "no, no, get away from me" and I was sweating all over and out of breath. Doc says it just like the Vietnam veterans when they returned. It's a long road ahead but something I will need to learn the live with - tough times.

I saw it in Cairns showgrounds, started pouring with rain and the band played on. Luckily no-one got electricuted.

you can never have a best concert imo. i will put rage against the machine in NYC portishead, horden pav mr bungle..selinas[}:)] david bowie serious moonlight tour...sydney showgrounds(my mum took mei think i was 7) but at the top of the list....you will have to be on the piss to hear this one.[}:)] oh and the beastie boys at bondi in their hotel...i even got to mix the decks with DJ Hurricane oh and you will laugh at this one..billy joel syd entertainment centre oh and..i dont think i could ever pick one gig

You don't have to pick one, I picked it for everyone. It was Dire Straits, 1986 brothers in arms concert. The best!!!

I saw Billy Joel at the Ent Cent in 91 and Billy with Elton John at SCG, Stones at SFS, Hunters at Selinas, Screaming Jets at Shellharbour Workers in 92. But one of my favs was The Radiators at the Seals Club, Maroubra (on the OP that night and .......)

fark i lost ????thousands on the stones[}:)] people scalped them everywhere around the country for thousands. had a mate, tells me i will do the work just give me x amount and we will make cash registers fark when i went to see how rich i was,well lets say alot of people saw the stones for near nothing...plus i thought it was a crap gig
edit i think i saw billy when i was 16 so about 86 at the SEC. century tavern in george street still has a cracked panel in their woodwork at the half way point in their staircase from where they hoiked me down (well they did 7 years ago when i went back

in the category of "Best concert in the last 10 years" the Eagles at the ent ctr was pretty darn good

I went to the Voodoo Lounge tour at (now known) Allianz Stadium in March 95 and as famous as they are I actually fell asleep for a period when Keith Richards started to sing. They're living proof you can totally abuse your body your whole life and live a long one. Kieth was close to death a few years ago when he fell out of a coconut tree in Fiji - anti climax or what ?
