Why would I post sup results in here !

He won the aussie longboard titles today in port macquarie on a Laguna Bay longboard.

Apart from me, Jackson is probably the most humble and down to earth elite level surfer you will ever meet and I am so stoked for him and his family.

Hey - and hes a bloody gold coaster - that makes it even more satisfying surely.

Na mate, not a rant - I am just a passionate supporter of local talent and get annoyed when longboarders fail to get up and wave the flag and acknowledge the amazing achievement of those that are doing so much for our sport. It is little wonder we as longboarders are being looked on and treated like the poor second cousin to shortboarders and maybe even third cousin now that sup is getting so much support.

Longboarding is the norm at Coolie mate 80% of
surfers are on them,the shortboarders other than
the snapper crew are kooks and not good enough
to surf a real shortboard wave like d-bah.

Longboarding will never be a poor second cousin to
sup and we out number both put together.

Oh back to Jackson Close who is an amazing longboarder.
Great to see him win prone I was worried we may have lost
him to the dark side.
