Click on the "SHARE" button - the red line points to it. Then copy (cntrl c) the highlighted blue code (http://y*outu.be/UNa1cJEApWU) and paste (cntrl v) into the "post my New Reply" screen that pops up on seabreeze. Seabreeze will do the rest for you. You can click on the preview button to ensure that it will come up as you want it to.

Let me know if you need anymore pointers.

All I do is right click on the address bar of the vid I want to show and paste it in

Put this at the start but no spaces [ img] then paste address here and at the end put [ /img]

Click preview to see if it works.

There is also a guide next to box when you post. That says how to format post, picture etc, it's under the smileys things in italics.

What SP said. If this does not work for some reason the slower and longer version is to do a "print Screen" on a PC and then paste it into "Paint" - crop it and save as a JPEG file. Then just load as you would normally do a photo. Once you get the hang of this you can do it very quickly.
