Looking pretty good here swell building from 2 foot to 5 foot tomoz with off shores all day...sunday looking inetresting with some strong off to cross shores and a solid swell going upwards of 6 foot plus on Sunday...before you all get too excited with wind chill I reckon you will be looking at single digit temps all weekend...wooohoooo

Good one Tux. Just rub it in.

Not quite that cold, but chilly.

Six foot Saturday at some protected places. As small as 2 foot if you go to others.

Sunday will be cracking with 6-8 and falling at some exposed reefs. Possibly even bigger with winter grunt, period and swell direction.

......sigh........

Not a good swell around here for the weekend, just as well, I'm up to my arse in mud building a retaining wall, already wishing I didn't start it in the middle of winter.

Be down in Melbourne on Wednesday night, can anyone remember the name of that good Asia eatery that Ted raved about?

+1, one of the best eats ever there!!!!

By the way Ted I've nailed that recipe, last time down there I sat at the bench right in front of the kitchen & got talking to one of the chefs, he gave me all the ingredients for both the braising base and the dipping sauce, braised for 6 hours then finished in a hot oven for 40min. I've made it 3 times now & the wife reckons it's as good as the original.

Ob, Chin Chin is at 125 Flinders Lane, couple of doors down is Meatballs, another must do.

Ted next time you head back to Oz from Denpasar try that Chinese Roast Duck place just as you come out of the duty free twist & come out onto the turn left or right to your gate number (one on the left). Its a bit pricey by Indo standards but considering your almost back in Oz not so badly priced. Really good Roast Duck & sauce...I'm planning on learning how to make it, I love Chinese Roast Duck & they do it bloody good

Yes for some reason I ate there last trip home I don't normally go for duck but its the ducks nuts.

2:12am got fired up listening to music with Chrispy & Weiry while working on some media....Just drinking the odd red with my homebrew...havn'y had a late one in a while, but I'm transitioning into a new Biz & taking advantage of what might be quieter times if things go well. Not sure what to expect until this time next week
