People I would like to meet (so look out) and in no particular order
I would love to meet Downwinder and hear his stories of life in Fiji and the Whanga Bar. I would also like to quiz him on some of his sayings. They have me in fits of laughter often. If you wanna play you have to pay etc

Thats about it there a lot of lerkers every now and then somone will come up to me & go are you towball .
The other thing that amusses me is the diverse back grounds , I come back from across the ditch and tell Gizzie you can't get a car park at 530am , he struggles to believe that . If some of you came over here you would be amused . When I take Gizzie on a road trip up the coast he says it's like going overseas for him.

At least 16. Maybe more. Probably 20+. Met loads of the Vicco SUP crew at SUP races, SUP meets, and DW paddles.

Only 2 from the dark side. Not many around here I think. Would like to meet a few up on the goldy once I'm back on my feet.

Hoping to be in the surf for Christmas Day Doc gave me the go ahead to start swimming and paddling the DC, need a week or so of swimming under the belt before the paddle.

Didn't realize ther where so many of us in the injury ward atm.

Picking up a SUP on Monday and will start training on the river. Had a gutfull of swimming laps. Hoping to get the core strength that most people say that SUP gives you. Your right Mac it does suck being out for so long.

The Canadian Club is robbing the memory bank.... I've met my Geelong Cats mate who paddles a SUP by the name Red Sonja! For some same strange reason, Red Sonja sticks in the mind! Maybe it sounds like a girl I want to ride!

PS - I know I've excluded 1-5+ good fellows who deserved a mention....!

I might have even surfed with CrazyC and OBCT without knowing it... 1998 - 2008, I floated around the Sydney Northern Beaches, racking up some decent water time....

I remember this one time.... I was hell bent on BodyBoarding, it was roughly 1999, and I had a Screamer of a Session out at the Bombie at Long Reef. Massive South Swell, almost Waimea proportions. I parked up at Longy, but headed South to time a paddle out in a smaller shorey.... Plucked off a couple of the "Waves of my life"... Massive massive drops down big clean faces. The type of stuff that gets hard wired into the brain.

I was sh!tting myself for at least half of the session. Got 4 massive waves in about 3 hours. In hind sight, I should have scored at least 10 classic big ones.... I was just fluffing around too deep on a few.... Masses of water though, and a long way out to sea, so it is a very difficult wave to judge.

So who's the best surfer you've surfed with on your list
