Went for the first real cold surf for the year Sunday morning . 500 meter paddle to reef break surfed for an hour then 500 meter paddle back out . Shat it was cold . My booties have blown out in the back , my gloves are past there used by date , and my leg rope was about 10 years old , my new one blew out last week .

Got home went onto surf stitch ordered all the above . New gear arrived 2 days latter .

That's what I call great customer service , one very happy customer .

I ordered some jeans. On special and when you get them so cheap why not even just for work. Anyway ordered the wrong size. I rang them (even though there returns policy is super clear). She explained that the jeans i bought were on special and may sell out so just buy two new pairs, then return the first pairs for full credit. Anyway thought why not. Posted them back and the next day received an email saying they had received them. May take a few days for a credit. That afternoon another email with full credit details...

In some ways even better than local service..

I reckon there will be some sites there , have heard the sea shepherd is on standby in case of any strandings

unfortunately I will be on the east coast at the state SUP titles , so cant be there , bugger , maybe next year ( wonder if I can wear the heated vest in )

better than local service in lots of ways IMO .

tried to get Ripcurl booties here in the past , couldn't find any decent brands , hard to believe in Tassie , tried to find a fin screw - none available in NW Tassie .

would support the local small business owners but when they cant supply your needs
