Your Honour, if I may address the court.
As previously mentioned, and reiterated my Mac, my work schedule is at it's busiest in the 3 months leading up to Xmas. I thoroughly enjoyed my first surf in 17 years just last month. As I have increased my body weight by approx 25 kgs within this 17 year absence, I found the movement of 'popping up' at the takeoff very poor to the point of non-existent - hence the face plant on my first and only wave during that session.
Your Honour, it was blatantly obvious to myself that a decrease in body weight was required to improve my comeback to surfing. Naturally, exercise will play a huge part in the weight loss and I solemnly believe a continuation of my 666ing would be the key. My current 666 is a touring board and I am due for an upgrade to a race 666. I recently made contact with a 666 shop over northside with enquiries about a pre-loved 666 and plan to inspect and possibly purchase this board next Tuesday. If it would satisfy the court Your Honour, I would like to mention the fact that I am finding it difficult to discuss the purchase of yet another 666 to my wife considering I purchased a pre-loved LB just last month.
In summary, the purchase of another 666 is to aid with my comeback to regular surfing.

Mate, if an air mat, boogie board, body board, hand plane, maccas tray (the best!), shortboard, longboard, 666 board, Alaia or a fricken tree get you in the water it is the perfect thing to do.

I went for a beach run this morning followed by one of the best body surfs I have had for ages, I almost ran home for my fins and handplane. It would have been unreal, been a long time since I enjoyed having nothing that much.

As long as you are in the water is doesn't matter what you're on just get out there.
Tomorrow is 2 laps of my local beach followed by a well deserved dip. The farkin work. Nice way to start the day I reckon. Had a dip today and water is heading north on the temp. Prefer to wear the boardies over springy so makes it easier to get out there.
