Well its been a very long working week for me and I am knackered. Finally just had some time to do some research on the weekends outlook and I must say I am pretty stoked with whats out there in swell land. Should be a ripper around mine this w/e. It looks like the Sydney crew will also get some and SP will be bang smack in the middle of it!! I love autumn on the NSW coast - no better time. Warm water, good swell season, offshore winds and sunshine. Wish it was like this all year round.

Hope you all get some good ones this w/e. I shall endeavour to take a few shots.

Have a great holiday TB - you will most probably be able to leave yr hoody and firewood at home!

mate a quiet dinner turned into a big night think the place we scored a weekend for is where you took your lady(not sure) mates coming over for football and more pre bday drinks since i have been pretty much entirely 99% off the piss,last night really killed me

Yep, the run of good waves looks like it is set to continue, been a pretty nice late Summer /Autumn run of waves. Nearly forgotten about that rotten wet summer we had. Just gotta lay off the beers now, not looking good already had a few this arvo.

Re gravy SP the trick is whilst you are resting the lamb is to put a couple of heaped tablespoons of flour in the roasting pan and mix it in with a fork over all the good stuff. Add a bit of vegemite, then some hot water and stir thoroughly whilst reheating over a gas flame. Heaven.

Thats my Friday tip on roast lamb - envious TB!!!!!! I think we are having left overs tonight.

I love nothing better than a good spit roast to be honest - not rugby league style though! I arranged a lamb on the spit for our xmas party last year - the crew all loved it. Lots of happy punters!!!!! We often roast a leg on the spit at home. Delicious.
