Well don't bother coming back you piece of ****, not only is the area a marine park, the beach and bush area is a pristine national park,,,,,, well it was pristine until you decided to leave your busted board on the beach.

sounds like you need a hug, reach out brother. maybe lay of the glass bbq.
May be a marine park but long way from Pristine area, maybe dislodge the 3 to 4 000 residents along the coast in houses, squatters, and tell them to fec off somewhere else. close the boat ramps, shut down the caravan and camp grounds, get rid of all human life and you may call the are pristine in 50 years.
Maybe just for your mental health you could just get a pic of the board , post on FB and seabeeeze be a nice carnt feel better that you may help someone out, or put the offending board in the bin.
