G'day...I've ridden one about 9'0 & one about 9'4...they have a lot of rocker for a long board that can aid later takeoff & suckier waves. I think they're good for people with developing wave reading ability or for folks wanting to surf longboards in shorter board conditions. They don't glide or paddle as well as a typical longboard with less rocker...I'd rate them as a longboard for the beginner to less than intermediate larger surfer.

Otherwise go the TJ Pro roundtail if you really want to go with firewire tech/price, but want some glide/performance....in my opinion. Have heard others opinons, which has helped formulate my own.

These days I'm recommending people in Qld to go see Steve Del Rosso of Clearwater surfboards fame or people in South East Oz to check out Tolhurst boards for advanced build tech at a bang for buck price point (similar to firewire really).

Let uz know how you get on m8...cheers

There's a guy down here that rides one and seems to like it . It's got a funny looking nose on it . Seems to go pretty good for him . Like Mick said it's got a lot of rocker through it .
