Driving all the way to Crescent Head for a surf and it being glassy!

Bummer

If it's any consolation, I've been there 3 times and never got wet.

But that's got more to do with he fact that I was intimidated by how good everyone else out there was compared to me

Awesome landscape, the pioneer surfers must have got such a stoke when they first saw it.

I have had a really good surf in chest high beach break waves one morning and convinced my mate that the arvo was on, rushed from work to get there only for it to swing 20kn onshore and the swell had dissapeared...
