A good mate of mine who has been struggling for some time is now considering a custom so it is more suited to him and will help him get a higher wave count and have more fun.

What prices do basic longboards start at in the 8ft plus range?

he is about 6' tall and 75kg but isnt very strong in the upper body so he needs something with good paddle power.

He plans to surf avalon and around Perth to Wedge mainly on the smaller days.
Any recommendations ?

What price would a basic 9' board begin at for a longboard?

I know about shortboard pricing but not longboard pricing.
