Anyone ever been?? A buddy is getting married in February and I told him I couldn't afford it with the new house and all. Anyways his family is very well off and said they would fund my trip! YYEEWW!! Should I take my longboard or just hire one over there ??

Nice work - you should go!!! Lots of waves around there.....Simondo's been....I will be there in Dec so can give you a run down when I am back - although I will be spending most of my time in El Salavdor in the land of long right hand point breaks

A chunk further south, you will find the Gulf of Dulce... Eastern side is long lefts at Pavones, and western side has a number of long rights... But you're a little bit too far away from there.

Will be around Tamarindo. My friend went on his first trip there with his future wife. Now they go surf there twice a year as it is close to Canadia
