Depends on the board and waves. For the type of board the Outlier is I would go the 8' for extra paddle and glide. The Outlier isn't a particularly turny board so you may as well accentuate the strengths.

Sweet board isn't it.
I'm 70 kgs and was heavily considering the 7'6" Outlier (waited for AU stock for ages) until I decided to get something with a 2+1 setup. (But nothing as chunky as the 7'0").
II'm with @thedrip. I reckon the 8 would be the go for maximum glide and more paddle power at 86kgs.

I ride a turny 7'6 and a glidey 8'. Two different types of board.
The Outlier isn't a turny board. If you want a turny board get a different board. If you want a glidey board, get the 8' version.

I'm also not really sure litres matter that much. There's a lot more to paddle power than litres. I am selling a 9'6 gun at 83 litres right now as it doesn't paddle as well as another 9'6 at 71l I have.

Yes but Generly at my weight it's intended the 8,0 for most overvthe 7,6 the 7,6 I hear is mainly for much smaller surfers or shortboarders but even so I guess still for much lighter people

Get the one you want. You are over thinking it. One turns better. One paddles better. Pick which you prioritise.

It isn't a turny board by design. As I said, I would accentuate its strengths and go the 8'.

You could also get a similar custom from a local shaper with whatever volume you want. Except it won't have the CI marketing behind it.
