Byron blue sup

Hi all first post, I have just brought my wife a Byron blue sup it is 8'10"& 32" wide my wife is 5' tall and weighs about 55kgs, is it to short for her. We only paddle on flat water no waves.

I may have to confess to re-entering the dark side at Xmas....

And original poster, should be way enough volume just at that length they don't like to paddle straight as much as longer board so if you don't mind only a few strokes on each side before changing side then no prob.

The benefit is that it will be lighter and easy for a 55kg person to handle..

My 666 (SUP) is the same dimensions & I'm 80 kg. So that board will be fine for flat water paddling.
