i said i'd put a few photos up. i had it out today and snapped a couple with my phone so they arent the best and it was wet but you get the idea.

Its roughly on the tape 10ft x 23 x 3, heavy volan glass job and egg rails, no sharp edges, think they are 60/40.

Smh, you find me one smaller than 9'6 preferably 9'2 and I'll deliver it. Na don't think I could ever part with it, doesn't get surfed a lot but great fun. Just watched the video below and the ITP looks nice too, wouldn't mind a 9ftr

Chrip, the blue was the final straw and I had to have it, I think they had a red one that was slightly bigger maybe a different model when I got it but didn't look as good, I think they were both the same guys boards but was a long time ago.

Heres a vid that discusses it, from about 4.50 on before that is the in the pink and some fishes and after is some really old looking hot curl boards..

@ dotcom You can get them still but they are machine shaped but still glassed in volan. or
they also come in a tuflite... But I wouldn't get one they look like Tupperware to me. The machine shaped would be ok I guess

For an all round longboard I'd look at the ITP, sure someone here has had one at sometime with the amount of boards that go through here.

Or you can go the whole hog and get one hand made but serious $$$ and hard to get it out here and I'd guess a decent waiting list.

Yeah mate, you're dead right, I'm looking at a second handy in pretty good nick as it's gonna stay in QLD so will only get a swim about 3 times a year I reckon. Nice board you have there though, I'm jealous.

SP I'm pretty sure most of them are machine shaped now but like McTavish boards you can customise a bit. I'd really like a DT 2 which is an all rounder. I've ridden a Model T in Tufflite and it was OK but it would be much better in glass. You need a bit of weight in a board like that.
Yours would weigh a ton I'd imagine but perfect for small Birubi Point or Crescent.

I've seen the DT2 with a red tint, they look good but then most of the Taks do. The ITP looks to be a good allrounder.

As for the weight I'd guess maybe 30 pounds but it paddles so easily into waves and glides along great

Yep you're all around it and pretty much got it doggie nailed the thickness straight off, nice guess... 2 1/2 inch
And the door frame was a give away, another point to doggie 6'8.
The width, close but it's 21.5, so yeah it's a big board but actually surf pretty good. Has pretty soft rails till it gets into the flyer and the quad makes it fairly quick off the mark.

The idea was It's supposed to be volumed up so It doesn't feel weird if you jump straight form a longboard to it then back on a longboard, it suits most days around here.

But.. As always the next one is being thought of, just gotta unload a few older ones before ordering. Probably 6 inches shorter and similar width and thickness.

Go a 6,3 but in the same width, maybe thin it down a bit 2 7/8 but not too much, that would make a sic quad fish

Yep, maybe shorter been looking at these
http://webbersurfboards.net/small-wave-boards/mini-cd/

Local guy is making similar and was trying to get me on a 5'10, I told him he is on crack but im coming around but I'll probably go between 6'1 and 6'4 and prob thinned down a bit from the website.

I actually just sold another one, it was 6'5 x 20.5 x2 .5 twin keeled thing... Don't buy one if you wanna turn in a short arc..
I was speaking to a local shaper who said the best way to get a keeled fish to go is punch the fins out and put quads in it..
