The board he started the collection with came from here in gissie (Gisborne Surfboard Co) interesting.

Although I will send a Billy Hamilton to Dad's place on The Goldie. He has a stack of room under his house, for my "holiday board".

After our recent trip to The Goldie, we asked our two year who can barely string 3 words together... "which house do you like better, The Torquay House, or The Holiday House". He said "Holiday House". But he was happy to be home also... So who knows !

Mick Mock has a strange little shop in an alleyway in Newport called "dragon (I forget what else)".

It's tiny and it's crammed full of surfing and pop culture memorabilia from the last 40 years.

Never went in for a look but it looked interesting from outside.

Before Newport he was up in Palmie. Is he still in Newport?
