Seriously though it should be a great contest - they almost always are. Love the beldisloe - fingers crossed I get homie in time to watch it.

I am down the south coast at the moment doing some field work....hooked up with smh for a surf this morning at the farm but it was too small so we just had a good Old fashioned yak over looking a beautiful spot with the sun coming up. Great morning. Love the sea breeze community. Can not wait to get to the Goldie next month and meet a few more of you maybe one day SP and I will have a surf with The Dude followed by some......

Rugby League, Union, AFL, netball. If it's a good game there all great to watch.

There's an order in which transplants cheer for sports, motherland first, your favorite Hockey team second (proper hockey), then the local club, current country of residance, anyone playing the US last

And yes no matter how irrelevent it may be every world cup in the first round I cheer for Canada.

Good points there CC. You can buy t-shirts at the Auckland airport when you leave that say you support NZ and anyone playing Australia - I do not have one though

Game was won with some super defence and set piece play - Australia were poor at the fundamentals. The AB's were not on song with lots of rusty passes going to ground with the try line in sight. 4 or 5 try's were blown. We will be better for the run out and I would think we will put a decent score on them next weekend. The ref loved to blow the whistle in that game and ruined the spectacle but players on both sides were a bit guilty.

Isareal Dagg would be an unreal fullback in a league team. He is unreal at bringing the ball back. I loved how the AB's used the set piece - makes me always wonder why the league teams never seek to make plays from the scrum - we scored two try's off moves like that.

^ There's been a couple league teams doing kick plays from scrums as of late.

Congrats to the Kiwis they are the ducks at Union.
