Hi Guys , Im going to Lombok in Oct . Any suggestions where to stay and where to go..?? I heard that Kuta Lombok is the go ? Any suggestions re hotels ?

BTW Jetstar have just started direct flights from Perth to Lombok .. I have just booked for $260 return .. get on it !!

Also I believe that Jetstar restrict surfboards to 6ft .. does anyone know for sure if this is the case ? If so I will have to hire a board over there .. any suggestions where to hire longboard from ??

Mac's right, watch out for the weight charges from JS.they will get you

6'2 is max depending on plane, they will most prob be using the small ones!!
They will JAM it in for ya then you can at least have two short boards not called ****STAR for nuthin

Plenty spots out kuta way for ya but must say I didn't see any long boards last year at any break, DonDon at Gerupuk prob best type of wave for long board that I saw
