I've bought many boards of Ebay & Gummy..if you know what you want and it's a standard model, e.g McT Fireball, you can save sometimes near 50% versus a new custom...and the custom isn't always going to be how you think it will ride and maybe then you sell it and lose 50%

..but if you move a 2nd hand board on in good nick the loss is generally minimal...
I wanted a McT 8ball for a long while but couldn't justify the $1500 outlay..waited and one came up on Gummy at half that with a bag

But again customs give you the advantage to have the pick of colour combo and slight tweeks in size and features e.g. multiple stringers...nose and tail blocks...if your cunning kick is fat enough and you want what you want

My current riders are 1 custom and 2 used boards which I love...
