Yes,but I want more there are times where I have missed a fun arvo wave that I don't want to miss next year.....on mini road.trips is probably my biggest plan. Pack the kidnap van and go go go plus.day shift has already begun to affect me

I.almost bought into that one. We have a incredible young grom that rides a yellow 666 the size of my shorty. The kid kills it. Yet he mainly paddles it prone,struggles and looks like the biggest kook trying to paddle this thing while it's underwater. I just don't get it. Would love to.see him pop up.on a shorty shred. He really is not doing himself any favours imo.

Also he is one of the most polite and nicest young blokes on any craft that I have surfed with in a long long time

Chrispy i totally agree, about small/short 666 is they look unnatural when they are throwing their arms around with that paddle in their hands.
they should just go a short board and shred instead of swatting a fly …..for me watching a 666 with style and not noticing the paddle is the key….if you don't get my point,,just youtube Laird

Just about to book a 5 week adventure, Rome to Paris - Drive Amalfi Coast, Barge via Canal to West Coast of France, Drive up the coast and head in to Paris... Gonna be Siiiiiiick!!!

And yeah, way more waves, mastery of cross-step/noseriding...

Yeeeeooow!

Oh, and get my wife preggers again, which may negate some the aforementioned

I'm in the same boat...

For me more surfing been few and far between this year.

I plan to use all my sickies next year for trips up the coast

Sounds sick, Have a blast.

The missus and I just did 5 weeks this July / August just gone. Followed Le tour de France then 3 weeks in Italy. Venice, Florance, Rome, Capri, Sorrento and Amalfi. Had a Blast.

2015 = turning the big 40 so cellabrating by going back to Da Rock in December.

Nice.....we're booked for Japan in April. Hitting the Tokyo Youtube party & gonna surf down on Izu around from Shimoda. Its got a nice Hot Bath (Onsen) down there, you can sit in & watch the surf. Then planning on Switzerland, Germany Austria & Czech later in the year. Gonna drink some beer

In 2015 I will be entering my third year of a surfing sabbatical. Keeping it simple, plenty of yoga when no surf, meeting heaps of new people.

Plan is summer in Tassie, Autumn in Vic SA and South west WA, winter and spring not sure yet but probably indo for several months.

2015 main goal is to surf the best waves of my life
