anyone do rehab for a sports hernia ( non visible like a normal hernia ) thats why no one picked it up.

any rehab would be appreciated dont want to go 3 months.

Mate hit the push bike slowly this will help your recovery just a nice cruise around the park and work up from there.

It must be doing your head in like Chrispy and Asea is in and out with his old mans knee.

Chin up mate, the cruisers just the thing that keeps my knees and back moving

I just think the movement of a bike will help your rehab with the movement of the body under no stress.

What about some gentle freestyle lap swimming... takes the weight off and will ease out any tightness, whilst giving the core some light work. Will also help maintain some aerobic fitness too...

NB: I'm not a physio or sports doctor... (but have done plenty of swimming after my many injuries - incl. broken back, ribs, hand and ankle surgery).

He had surgery. He did try and go for a surf because he felt alright and it set him back a bit and ended up hurting himself again. I don't think he did much rehab just rested it up. He had tears in the muscles in his lower abdomen and groin. He is back into it now though. If I were you I would see the doc and take it slow.

Get in and see your GP asap mate - if you do smallest little thing it could end up far worse than 3 months out , no point in risking it and being both in pain & even longer away from that beautiful blue animal you just bought - regards the Pup
