Old Mals, Loggers and Modern Mals line up this weekend for the 16th year.
Contest is held at Isolators Reef, Cottesloe Beach, Perth.
For those who dont know it on its day it can provide a clean peak shoulder to head high breaking across a rock shelf.
Reminds me of Anne Street, Dicky Beach, Qld.
Surfed it this morning alone maybe everyones tappering, maybe to because it was small.
Could be a ruggered comp over the weekend wind conditions are expected to hit at 25knts.
Bright side if knocked out first round can always kite.

I got knocked out in the first round. Me and the family spent the whole day down there and enjoyed the sun and the atmosphere. Hats of to the organisers for a fantastic comp. Today was my first comp and had a great time. I will be back stronger next year

Glad you had a wicked day. My first comp.is coming soon also. My results will.similar to yours I think. I hope it is just as good.....sadly it won't,we have to pay for our snags n bread haha
