ok, my side of the 'good old days''

we had a crew who surfed, drank and watched as many live bands as we could.

as i remember mac and his mates who were a touch younger than us and just seemed to appear as i remembered it.

i think there was a connection with rob(hard).

mac was pretty green back then and rob took great delight in 'schooling' him with quick one liners and generally putting friendly **** on him.

good days those back then.

we made a connection again at greenline one day.

its quite funny to me because i see a lot of 'rob' in mac- the friendly larrikin good bloke who can put you back in your place in two seconds flat even if you've done nothing wrong.

it would be a sad day if mac did retire

cheers

Mate that is so true,Rob was well someone I looked up to,he was cool as his gang and surf they did and charged on the SB's some guts stuff was going on at D-BAH.
I can thank Lacey's gang for my first ever custom.

Small word,I first saw Lacey at this shop that sold brooms and other things,it was the opening night with Ron House and a few weeks later I popped in as my mate founded this store to say hello and there this guy is,hey mate is your name M---Bingo small world funny as to me
And yes my mates call me a smart ar-e I have mellowed with age, Rob probably wouldn't remember me now days
