I've got one of those Crime Gliders... in 11ft...

They are a proper board though, made at the same factory as the Thunderbolt Tech Boards (Harley Ingleby Tollhurst, CJ, Sallas etc). Thunderbolt's are the best made boards on the market IMO.
Compared to a regular glider, the Crime's are very light so they don't have the momentum of a trad glider, but still superfun, fast and loose. 3 Stringers so at least they flex more like a normal board (not like a Softech /wavestorm noodle).
Takayama does a 9' In the pink soft top that rips also.
I hate the process of wax and the fact it gets into everything... using one of these means I never have to worry about it.
And for a funboard, I think these style of boards (softops) are going to really become popular, once the average punter understands they can still rip on em.
