Wes fry looking pretty smooth on his new 7'4 x 25.5 x 77L custom.
really impressed with wes's surfing and will be invaluable in providing feedback on future developments.

77 litres......that's not much........did he stand up when paddling for and catching the wave?

yep. standing most of the time .
pretty much submerged when paddling which the younger fellas seem to be able to pull off

Was up there at the same time yep quite submerged :)

The video does not do Wes's surfing justice at all, he is way better than that. He was all over it smacking the crap out of the lip. My son is just starting on a SUP and he only commented on Wes's surfing when talking about guys out there - "Did you see that guy?" and I thought he thought I was the best

One to look out for.

It was Smik city up there, nice looking boards.

they do don't they........even some of the locals seem to be knee deep :)
