the head butting back out the back is tough work and it pays to have a quick look over your shoulder to see whats coming behind the one your taking off on to decide if you pull off early to scrape back out or ride it all the way to the beach and head butt back out from scratch

the spot is a swell magnet and it is always a 1ft or 2 or 3 bigger than anywhere else around town

the left off the point 500m up the beach is all time on its day

Doggy... how'd you go this morning?? mate dy point was pumping... so paddled out.. only problem was there were 50 other blokes out and just as i hit the water... guess who also decided to paddle out.... 6 of the best chick surfers in the world... didn't catch a single wave but had a good chat!! haha...

Ha ha Matty, I went to go out for a 'late' start at 6.30am and it was packed, I didn't realise at the time that the pro girls comp starts tomorrow.

Solid surfing dogman. Looks like a workout getting back out to the line up. Most of the spots I surf have nice big channels to run away to. Nothing worse than getting caught inside on an SUP. Hands down the worst thing about SUP!!! I guess we have to pay the price for all the waves we get on an SUP.
