hi all my name is mick and i would class myself as intermediate board rider just had a paddle on the super frank 8 \ 31w 127l the conditions were not the best as in rough and the waves where obviously a bit bumpy. I was more than happy on how the board performed, it was fast turned on a dime the transaction from turn to turn was so smooth , off the top no problem this is a great fun board and very very stable did i say it was fast, cant wait to get it on smoother conditions. Paddle speed is good i think this one will have to stay with me. I have to say i was wrapped its got everything i like about a board. Jimmy has done well on this one, the reviews ive read have been good and i can see why with this board you can cut down in size their amazingly stable

Sounds great mick! I'm waiting on the 8"6 wide super frank at 141ltrs. I'm 90 kg and ntermediate on a stable board! I can't wait to try my sf after using a 9"3 world wide and am hoping it combines good stability with great performance.

I agree at 90kg you will be fine on the 8 '

Got my sf today. These jl boards are superbly finished and packed! Weighed 7.8kg with rail tape and fins. At least 5 days of onshore winds! Bummer
