it is a snappy little flow ,after school is like letting the coakroachers out .I have not been posting vids for a while
as i broke some major bones which took 6 months to heal ,hope to see some more of your surfinJ vids . it is HOT here now
so the surf has been calling ,so good to be back surfing again ,my camera angle needs to come down ,i need to get more creative with angles ,i like creeks idea of a solo shot ,but i would have to mount it on the rocks then walk back up the hill to get my board add half an hour
so go pro it will have to be for this spot ,its like capturing the memory of that surf for personal memories , I hope you guys don't find them too boring and get some inspiration out of them ,bring on the stoke dudes .

cheers Dave ,put the smallest fins you can stand on ,on the flow ,and lots of flex .AM1 ,tried lots of fins and these are the ones

Steve the soft wear is called, before the bell .

Last Wednesday I had been surfing on the flow ,just came in from reef surf as it got too big and king moon tide ,and meet a mate who was flat water paddling in the bay as i was paddling home ,we have a very shallow channel and the tide was ripping out you cannot paddle against it it maybe is 15 klm rip out to sea across rocks and a small non rock area ,anyway a chinese tourist got dragged out to sea into shark zone 30 metre deep waters with a huge incoming building swell 6- 7 foot waves ,we paddled out through the break only just making it out ,well I copped one on the head ,but my mate had never been in surf so glad he got out ,we got to her ,and figured there was no way we could get her back through the surf as he had a 10 foot board which she was now glued to ,but no leg rope ,i told him you will both get wasted on the rocks and you could not paddle against the rip with her on board as well ,,anyway a guy on shore was signalling to us that a boat was coming around and he called them up on the cell phone ,by that time lights where flashing ambulance, cops arrived and lots of on lookers ,happy ending ,boat picked them up ,I went back through the surf to shore again ,it was hairy but had to stay on the knees as many rocks appeared as the waves sucked back ,I bailed twice ,but made it in ok ,nothing new just another day in the surf ,but SUP saves the day again ,
