Went the tuff as leg rope cause I was sick of snapping them in solid surf . Problem is , when they're to strong to snap your leash plug tears out of your board .
This happened to me today , but luckily a SB saved my sup from a hole lot of damage when it was pinballing round the rocks . I was pretty grateful that he took the time to save my board . It was a decent swim and the damage would have been terrible by the time I got to it .
I suppose , either way it was heading to the repair shop , specially when rocks are the destination .

Sorry to hear that mate! Must have been devastating.

Sounds like a super heavy wave or maybe a sub-standard board. Sounds like it may be time to invest in with a board with dual leash plugs or get a second one put in your current board whist its in the workshop.

Yeah getting it double leash plugs put in . I think it was just a case of bad luck .
