does anyone knows the difference of stability between infinity Bline7.7 and fanatic pro wave 7.6.
Should I go longer. My weight is 69kg and 176cm.

Have both boards in those dimensions. Bline the more stable board and my preference. Rails slightly more parallel on the Bline so it is also subject to less yaw when paddling. However, both boards surf really well in a wide range of waves.
My weight and height very similar to yours and volume / size is fine if you are intermediate - advanced.

Yes, but need to keep paddle engaged unless very smooth surface conditions and no boils, rips or backwash.
