his backhand barrel technique is so good, allows him to grab rail and pump in the barrel. i like it.

Just my opinion and nothing more but I reckon that Zane is a much better tube rider than Kai. It seems that Zane comes out of them and Kai does not. Just saying

Maybe yeah they both rip that is for sure Zane is more aggressive but Kai is more allround waterman could not imagine if he was SUP only although im sure the other water sports help his SUP too..

I have shot photos of both Zane and Kai in both Tahiti and Hawaii and while Zane is a fantastic surfer with a go for it attitude Kai is on a whole different level to the majority of guys on the Standup World Tour.

Don't get me wrong, I think Kai should be considered the best all around waterman that has been seen to date. I just think Zane seems to be a better tube rider, like I said its my opinion only.

If that was Zane's signature board he was on it was a 7 4" x 26 Starboard Carbon Pro, (only 80 friggin litres)

or did his board out there look a little longer than 7 4" - and maybe was one of the other Pro boards ?
