But you surf them like you're 18
If I can surf like that when I'm big and old I'd be pretty stoked too

Very Nice.

I love surfing those fun summer waves in nothing but shorts and shirt.

I'm over the cold and storms outside at the moment

Thanks breezers!

Summers coming for you folks, kinda cool that 1 of us is always in the right season!

Yup.... I have big and old figured out now, so I'm going to try to lose the "BIG" part before wetsuit time

Love your work.

Just one question how did you keep your knees in such good shape, over here in OZ everyone seems to have buggered their knees.
Mine are okay, but I want to try and peserve them for the next 20 years so I can surf like your when I hit retirement.

My Meniscus has been toast for decades, but I have never had a Doctor look at it.
I found that if I just wear a simple elastic compression knee brace, it works fine. (see pic below)
I can't walk without pain without some compression, so I experimented....

For daily use, all I use is:
I cut a 2" wide section from the sleeve of an old wetsuit
I simply slip the wetsuit bit just under my knee and it's all good.... I'm wearing that now

My future of SUP is dependant on taking care of my knee.... no more skiing, care taken when stressing it.... a calamity waiting for me to screw up

STC, surgery stuffed my knees worse than the injuries. Given time they would have healed, but I needed surgery to get back to work. Stick with it man. :)
