G'day Breezes who wants to have a punt I'm putting $100 dollars down on Jenny Ryan to take out the 5km Noosa BOP Race Do I Have Any Takers

Based on Kirra she has a good chance. If the conditions are flat though and it is more of a distance race on the flats it could be interesting to see what happens.

The mens race will be interesting though. I wish Jamie was racing to complete the set of the best guys in the country racing. I'll take a shot at the top 5 in no particular order. Travis, Jacko, Kelly, Beau, Danny.

I think Shakira will be hard to beat, But Jenn will definitly be up there

Yep the list could go on for ever, I also left Woogie, Andy etc off it. I said top 5 for this race not the top 20 paddlers in the whole country. It was an opinion also, nothing more. The Jamie bit was a reference of him being the only person to really challenge one of the paddlers so far....

I reckon both Angie and Sim could be up there, both looking very strong in training recently.
I've never seen Kirsty on a Sup but being 2x Aussie iron woman champion and a very accomplished ski paddler, she definitely knows how to race in the ocean.
Should make for a very interesting race.

Absolutely. Couple of time Australia Iron Woman Champion. Fantastic Ski Paddler. Her fitness side will be hard to beat.

having not looked at the form guide i'd nearly take that $100 on Shakira DW. i haven't heard if shes been paddling much? and Kirsty has to be the bolter. f
