Town Beach this morning.....local surf shop owner said "big battle to catch a wave".....but got a little bit of video footage to finish of my "E Bike Surfing" video. Don't know what they singing about on the music track.....but I like the sound

Summer in the South of France ! This was just before 0900. It gets really busy later.
My normal out between the islands tour. Havnt been paddling much recently and really noticed it !

I tell ya what, the old heart rate goes up when your leggie pulls on your ankle with a bit of wash from the paddle.
Reckon I'd give old Mrs Christ's son a run for his money when it came to doing the hot-shoe shuffle across the water.

While I am normally a surf-supper, my 6 km paddle around Bedarra Island today in Far North Queensland was quite an experience. The turquoise colors, the monolithic granite boulders, the white sandy beaches, the endless sealife - and whale calls underwater during one of my quick swims - it will go into my store of treasured memories.

Cox Bay Tofino this morning. Small waist high waves. There was an autism surf camp near the shore. Next weekend is the kids surf comp. Beautiful day to be out. My Soloshot videos could be viewed but I couldn't down load them off the SD card to my iPad. So just a couple of screen shots. On my 8'7" Creek with the Cdrives. These are good fins on this great board. Small side fins and tiny trailer. Got home in time to watch Bianca win the women's US open tennis. Wow!
