Thought I try and paddle from Sorrento to Quarenties surf break, pretty much under estimated the distance, still nice day for a paddle

Some fun rights holding up at Metts this morning, Perth.
Heavy with kooks, but plenty of waves to grab if you are sitting in the right spot, just gotta dodge thru the crowd a bit.
I got there just on light and heard 2 were our from 5:15, which was pretty dark when i was stretching at home...

Took the 10 footer style out, prob biggest id ridden it in, some sets solid shoulder, some fast and steep, others not so. went really well as the single fin option, few nose parties, couple of knee down tail stomping hack arounds after watching Casso on vimeo. having loads of fun on the longboard.

Tow ball said it was far too small and not worth going out,,,,,,but changed his tune once he caught a few waves,
One to two foot at town beach.......no wind and glassy......peaking up and peeling away in different directions
And the sun was shining in a happy fashion

Cannes this morning. Got in just as the breeze filled in. I go out around the first island. Its about 5Nm. Takes around 1hr15-1hr30 depending on how much Ive been paddling and the conditions.
